I worked at Best Buy part-time

    Pros

I worked in the warehouse department in a pretty average size store. Coworkers and managers were nice and enjoyable to work with. Due to scheduling differences I only saw my direct supervisor about once a month. My department was pretty hands off with supervision unless you didn't do your job right. I closed the warehouse by myself most nights, however being around Christmas there was a lot of work. I was told after by a co-worker that there was supposed to be another person to help me but it didn't work with scheduling.

    Cons

I was planing to stay on part time after they cut seasonal workers and filled out a form that stated that. Apparently they lost it and just asked a co-worker of mine if I wanted to stay on. They said no, and so I was let go. I was told I could re-apply but I would have to go through the entire process again. Considering I was just staying on for the employee discount I didn't think it was worth it.
