    Pros

full time benefits your always on your feet always busy always learning.

    Cons

poor leadership they only think about them selfs and only worry about them selfs. a lot of favoritism and drama. leaders only want you stuck in a specific roll so moving up is very small unless your really close with your leader and go out drinking with them.

    Advice to Management

invest a hour to get to know your self the fact that you guys can't invest in others and the fact that you guys are so selfish just shows that you don't even know your self.

I have been working at Best Buy part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Meeting new people (customers and peers on floor), being in constant contact with new technologies and services, free stuff (often through trainings and other events)

    Cons

Favoritism - very much a "numbers" game, dated logistic systems, limited transparency (on floor staff often are left in the dark on need to know information)

    Advice to Management

While managing is obviously your job (as I need to know when to work) - leading is far more important. Inspire your associates, encourage them, and they will want to work for you willingly.
