    Pros

Great discount good perks and good Samsung training

    Cons

Incompetent young co-workers who work to pay a phone bill

    Advice to Management

Let the Samsung expert be a Samsung expert. I got tired of selling dishwashers

    Pros

Some tuition reimbursement, and discounts on accessories. Make some amazing co-works are willing to help one another out.

    Cons

Very low pay. Some disrespectful managers. No care for employees and their health.

    Advice to Management

Take care of employees first to show that you care an not fake care for 5 minutes.

    Pros

Friendly, easy going, everyone knows what they're talking about when it comes to their respective departments. Never met an employee that was rude to me!

    Cons

Had to move my surgery date because they would not give me time off for no apparent reason and then asked to leave the company because of my medical issues.

    Advice to Management

Store manager is very rude and has all employees work excessively late doing silly tasks that do not affect the store. I have stayed several times until 1-2 AM on a school night when we didn't have truck. I was reminded I could be laid off if I left before everyone else even though I'm not 18 and not allowed to work past 10 as per city law.

I have been working at Best Buy full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good Benefit Package, 401k, Medical, Dental plans
Fellow Employees in Geek Squad are nice to work with. Most of the Best Buy Employees however are lazy.

    Cons

Lazy Best Buy Managers, Lazy Best Buy Coworkers,

Lowest Tech Pay in any company I have seen in quite sometime. The pay sucks for what your job entails as far as a Advanced Repair Agent. Been with the company for over 5 years with Geek Squad and .25 cents a year raise is like a spit in the face. I bust my tail for that place regularly and I don't feel I am getting paid what I am worth.

    Advice to Management

Step up to the plate and pay your Techs what they are worth.
Work harder on training employees correctly on the sales floor.
    Actually Manage your employees.
