    Flexible scheduling (especially for school). Tuition reimbursement (for full timers). Around the latest tech. Training is a big thing for the company. Opportunities for growth.

    - Can be slow during weekdays (Monday - Friday before 6pm)
    - Coverage can be difficult (weekdays)
    - You will be required to help out other departments, but no other department will help you.
    - Slightly underpaid (since no commission)

    Keep supporting your employees and understand their goals, and drive for work.

    Discount is nice, great learning opportunity, networking opportunity, open box discounts are nice, constant rush of customers, fulfilling experiences with customers

    Cons

    Customers are awful, dress code is bad for summer, the shirt is made of an awful material, the stores don't have much choice when it comes to stuff like where things are placed.

    Great supporting team, job varies from day to day. Never boring, get to interact with technology everyday at work.

    Cons

    Can be overly busy and understaffed. Best Buy runs alot of skeleton crews.

    Advice to Management

    Assign more people to busy shifts. Other than that, management is amazing and cooperative. THey work with you on days off, and make your shifts as easy as possible.
