    Competitive salary, flexible scheduling, enjoyable teammates

    Cons

    Tons of in store politics, district level management and above couldn't care less about what's best for the employees, they treat everyone like commission salespeople despite not paying commissions, top performing stores are punished with unattainable goals the next year, favoritism rampant, benefits have been sliced to the bone for full time employees

    Pros

    Great company to work for, relaxed environment, easy sales goals and great entry level pay. As far as retail jobs go this is on the best companies in the world, at least at my store management actually care about employees.

    Cons

    Your bonus is based on the performance of the store not just you as an individual. So if you have a weak link it will bring down the entire store.

    Advice to Management

    Top performers consistently get praise for making a sale while people who underperform get none. A lot of employees would blossom if they were given more encouragement.
