I worked at Best Buy part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Paycheck was decent. Bonuses included. Not based off of commission, which makes it less stressful. Good discount. Typically, you can pick your schedule, if you're part-time or in school.

    Cons

Managerial people are not understanding. Human Resources is a joke. Sexist. Long hours. Mandatory training that doesn't help. There isn't much trust either, everybody is a suspect. Discount for employees rips off the general public. Our discount is anywhere from 20%- 90% off everything. - Selling Geek Squad is a joke too, because the general public knows its a rip off.

    Advice to Management

Check your sources when receiving complaints.
