I have been working at Best Buy full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Not commission, flexible on hours, job stays at work when you go home

    Cons

Lots of pressure to sell more even though not commission, customers can get crazy, hard to move up into non sales roles unless you're selling a lot

    Advice to Management

Best Buy has great policies on paper for inclusive/equal opportunity towards women and minorities, but at least at my store, the women generally work in cashier roles or part time. Women account for only 10-20% of our full time roles. Get rid of the people who aggressively price match (oftentimes for resellers) just to make the sale and look good on paper--they're costing your store money.
