    Pros

    Great pay for the local area but the raises need work. the bounuses are nice when they do kick in and benifits are amazing for full time

    Cons

    mananment needs work, hard to move up within company, raises within company are very small

    Advice to Management

    give more oppertunity for growth, better pay and raises, inform employees of all benifits when hired

    unmotivated coworkers, which leads to need for micromanagement, which leads to challenges identifying motivated to complacent workers.

    Allow those who are doing well in sales to see their numbers. ask them if they are interested in seeing them in private and let them fill in where they feel they can improve.
