I have been working at Best Buy as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

One of the best office cultures I've worked for. People do enjoy coming to work. Awesome headquarters office. Really do try to make work a place that can be fun and exciting.

    Cons

Full time is hard to get. It's a sea of contractors. Or it feels that way. Light blue badges (what contractors wear) fill the hallways . Dark blue badges (what full timers wear) are tough to spot at times

    Advice to Management

    Streamline your contractor process
