    Pros

Love the company and what it stands for.

    Cons

There are, like most employers, wide gaps in leadership at the low/mid level. I’ve been with great leaders, and when they are great, the job is the best job I’ve ever had. Same could be said on opposite end of spectrum. There is also still a legacy mindset of fear of losing your job due to past restructures.

I worked at Best Buy part-time

    Pros

I thought that everyone got along well, and that the management was easy to talk to if any issues came up.

    Cons

In the warehouse we always seemed to be understaffed, sometimes to a point where merchandisers had to do inventory duties as well.

I have been working at Best Buy full-time

    Pros

    friendly staff
    team member oriented
    good benefits
    great perks
Another key factor for employees was how the company’s culture and leadership valued the time of its employees

    Cons

When you take a job with a typical corporation, you are generally given time to train and acclimate to the company’s systems. You probably won’t feel the immediate pressure of your job for a few months, if at all. Bigger companies have more people to rely on, which means one person’s performance won’t necessarily make or break the entire company

    Advice to Management

company’s culture and leadership valued the time of its employees
