    Cons

There were not very many cons at best buy at all. The only con could be the busy scheduling around the holidays.

    Pros

Great discounts, flexible schedule, fun work environment, coworkers are really nice

    Cons

Management sometimes does not know how to schedule, you get the pressures of closing sales as if you are receiving commission but this is a non-commissioned job

    Advice to Management

Slackness is unprofessional, and focus more on helping the employee stay out of debt versus trying to pressure them to buy things they can't afford
