    Pros

Just being around technology all the time and interacting with customers about it really never gets boring.

    Cons

The pay is relatively low in contract to the amount of work you do as a part timer. Its most likely more worth it as a full timer.

I have been working at Best Buy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Lots of room to advance with little to know or experience.
Great pay if you can earn it. Fairly easy job and funny to talk to people.

    Cons

But that's only if you have great leadership. Be prepared to work like a dog for some managers. Favoritism can happen alpt especially because of in store romance.

I have been working at Best Buy full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Leadership make a good amount of pay. Good job to get customer experience and they do provide 4 days of training, for sale and product knowledge.

    Cons

Pay for regular associate isn't the greatest. Training could be longer. Company should definitely infest more money on training. Leadership does not get much of training either. They chose people that are self motivated and can figure it out.

    Advice to Management

Leadership needs to be united and on the same page. Take care of your employees.

I have been working at Best Buy part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Management is generally flexible with schedules
    Good discounts

    Cons

Pay is very low for what you do. You get paid way lower than what you should be making. So much things to deal with, and especially when they and Apple came to an agreement to get customers devices fixed/shipped.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your employees and listen to them.
