    Pros

    Its fast to learn. You only need to know how to talk to people. Its easier to get hired if you already work in the store

    Cons

    It gets to be very repetitive after a while. You literally master this job in like 6 months or less

    Advice to Management

    I would try to get their employees a bit more excited about working here. Especially to those who have been so long with the company

    Try and make the E-Learnings a bit more interesting. It sucks having to grind a bunch of videos, when you could be on the floor training.

    Pretty good discount on cords, speakers, cases, etc.
    Pretty good pay for a HIGH SCHOOL student
    Flexible with school

    Cons

    Pay is terrible if you are 18 years or older
    Selling insurance means selling your soul
    Commission-like environment, except no commission
    Management is usually pretty bad

    Try to figure out a way to have any kind of real control or leadership of your business.

    Pros

    it used to be fun when i first applied, but over time new management came in. our sales went up, but our joy went down.pay is alright when your not doing anything

    Cons

    at times, management doesn't do good scheduling, and at time it does get really busy when you have a line stretching out from the desks to the door. It's a very stressful job,for someone getting paid 11 an hour.

    let us have fun, and we will drive up sales

    There are a lot of benefits especially for full time associates. If you want it there are also alot of opportunities to move up in the company.

    Working under an incompetent managers can really take alot of joy out of working in what would otherwise be an enjoyable work environment.
