I have been working at Best Buy part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You get to meet so many people and get a chance to create a large network. Its truly rewarding when you realize the people you meet in upper management.

    Cons

At times things seem to look political and not justified however, when upper management is informed I feel as if they can take a stand.

    Advice to Management

Reward the part timers just like you do for the full timers. Its hard seeing a part timer get recognition and almost very rare.
