I worked at Best Buy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Non commission based and VERY customer service oriented. A very good place to learn and put to practice highly technical formation to help provide the best solutions and education to the customer/clients. This ensures that the clients know about their product and the solution tailored to their specific needs

    Cons

The feeling of non growth or possibility to be recognized for you specific attributes allowing you and being recommended to higher positions. Incorporating new management that constantly changes and does not know the efforts and attributes of its team members in various department. constant restructuring and team less atmosphere among those higher up.

    Advice to Management

Know your team and personnel. Relate and ENGAGE to the customers/ clients they build relationships and solutions for as to better know the attributes and knowledge of your staff. Build better team environment and relationships. promote from within and do not restructure as often.
