    Culture they are trying to work towards. People you work with. Employee discounts.

    Cons

    Long hours. Drive to budget/COMP puts risk on bottom line. Sales over people development.

    Advice to Management

    Look at your leadership team above store level, not properly trained and don't believe whole heartedly in the core values, instead drive sales budgets that sacrifice that actual growth (GM) of the companies bottom line.

    Employee discounts are a great pro.

    Cons

    Terrible pay, they pay about .50 more than minimum wage to me even though I have worked for them for 4 years.

    Rarely get hours when a part time employee.

    Lots of drama.

    Advice to Management

    Stop putting pressure on employees as if they are commission based.
