I have been working at Best Buy part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I will talk about my store.
Management is friendly and nice. They act what they preach. They are fair and honest . My supervisor has a cool head and knows a lot about his trade

    Cons

Of course, the salary could be better. The way they do the scheduling is somewhat a black box for me

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing it

    Pros

I like my manager and my team. They are fair. Training is good and you learn a lot with a hands on approach.

    Cons

Weekly meetings with a closer look to our results. Of course minimum wage is too low

    Advice to Management

I worked at Best Buy full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The salary is not too bad, although it is not very good.
    Employee shopping discount.

    Cons

Most of the management is Indian, and they tend to promote or help employees who are both Indians. Asians, especially Chinese, will find it harder to get help. Unfair treatment will occur.

    Advice to Management

If you still hire someone just because they are Indian, but don't have any skills (do not object to hiring Indians, but hope they are capable of hiring). Your company will only go downhill in the future
