I worked at Best Buy full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

While Best Buy has gone through a few rough years, it is still the best place that I have ever worked. The people there are amazing and the company truly does care about you and your development.

    Cons

I have a hard time coming up with any. Leaving the company was one of the biggest mistakes I have made and it's only through the experience of having worked at another company since that I recognize how special this company is.
