Advice to Management
Customer service specialists do not get paid enough for the amount of emotional toll they have to deal with every single day.
I worked at Best Buy (More than 3 years)
Hours were pretty flexible. I had a chance to work in all the different departments.
Training was not always readily available. Needed more employees to work their busier times.
