    Approves of CEO

I worked at Best Buy (Less than a year)

    Pros

Awesome experience, always around the newest technology. Pay is good and it's not a hard job at all.

    Cons

Training, managers aren't the nicest of people, not much room for growth in the company, scheduling isn't really all that flexible.

    Advice to Management

Try a little bit harder to train your employees, shoving them out on the floor by themselves after a few online test and videos isn't proper AT ALL.
