    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Best Buy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great experience with customers and management. Work closely with Microsoft. Provided devices. Great benefits. Monthly bonus from both Best Buy and Microsoft.

    Cons

Base Pay is low for what we're expected to do. What's expected of you in your role is just a small part of what you will do. Best Buy management still wants you to do other things.

    Advice to Management

Keep this role in place as it grows the business, but keep in mind that this role should be strictly to advise employees and customers on Microsoft products.

I have been working at Best Buy part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Above average starting hourly pay

    Cons

No trust or care about employees. Work Thanksgiving. All employees must be patted down before leaving the store.

    Advice to Management

Needs to be more hands on training and more accessibility of management
