    The customers that appreciate you, especially the regulars that become 'family'
    Meeting people from out of the country
    Employee discounts on hotel stays (50%)

    Cons

    The owners that only care about 'selling out'
    Alot to learn at first
    The pay is to low for the amount of responsiblity. ($9 an hour) would be happy with $11 an hour.

    Advice to Management

    Dholu hospitality give up this property to aomeone who cares about customer service, and treats their employees the way they would like to be treated.

    Pros

    The management is knowledgeable, friendly, and takes care of their staff. If you're a hard worker and love people, then this job will be easy for you.

    Cons

    You'll have to deal with some upset people who'll yell and sometimes scream at you. As well, you'll have to learn how to remove trespassers from property.
