    Cons

Redundancy in training and operations, business professional every day, office location is not ideal as it is in Oxford, Ohio.

The opportunity to develop personally and professional in an atmosphere that is always wanted the best for it's employees. Automatically have friends once you join staff.

The small town of Oxford, Ohio does not offer much outside of work. While travelling it is difficult to have a work / life balance.

    Advice to Management

Continue to be innovative in the office and Greek World to continue the success that Beta has had since the start of the Men of Principle Initiative.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Beta Theta Pi full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The culture is a good balance between nurturing and challenging. You won't be micromanaged at all. There is a lot of autonomy and trust given to employees. The fraternity enjoys a great reputation in the Greek world and with higher education professionals. There is also a lot of mobility within your role from year to year as well.

    Cons

You're not given a whole lot of guidance for how to do your job well. You just have to figure it out. Roles are constantly changing so you might feel like you have a different job by the time you end a year than you did when you started it.

    Pros

    -Freedom of thought and action
    -Excellent vacation package
-Employee empowerment to take action when needed
-Surrounded by a community who is personally invested in you
-Clear and specific mission and vision

    Cons

-Compensation is very low for the amount of work we do
    -Work very long hours
-Very difficult to manage a work/home life balance
-Hard to feel like you can never be "off"

    Advice to Management

I would like to see more consistent communication for the good things the common employee is doing on a regular basis. We need to not rely on the passion for the organization in relation to compensation. It needs to change, just like the times change.

    Pros

Personal and Professional Development are huge here. Compensation package may seem low, but its plenty of money for a young professional.

    Housing is paid for.

    Cons

    Travel
The people are nice, but this is a drama filled profession. Working with a lot of incompetent people outside of the organization.

    Advice to Management

Clarity is key in keeping employees happy. Build authentic and genuine relationships with the team and your work will become a lot easier.
