    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Betfred full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

Flexible shifts, good if you like sports. (Mostly) friendly customers, staff are usually fun to work with.

    Cons

Long hours, boring. Work/life balance isn’t great. There are some good area teams but generally they’re quite callous and uncaring. Progression opportunities are non existent once you’re a shop manager.

    Advice to Management

Make yourselves known in shops more often. Try and incentivise staff more actively, as the pay isn’t great and very few people are motivated.
