I have been working at Bethany Methodist Weekday School full-time (More than a year)
If my commute to work wasn't so far, I'd still be there, but I had to leave. Coworkers were all friendly and welcoming. Office staff were very carring and open for suggestions regarding anything. The teachers truly care for the kiddos so they hire great people. The assistant director Stephany is amazing! She is always there to guide/teach both the children and teachers early childhood values and concepts. I'm not sure if she's there still, but hopefully she is.
You better have a doctors note if you plan on taking a sick day. If you don't, don't plan on coming back to work without one.

-Low student to teacher ratios
-Continuing education for teachers is a high priority
-Directors are available to their employees
-Most families at the school are supportive of their teachers and classroom
-Paid time off and holiday pay are available to teachers after a certain length of employment
- Teacher turnover has been high for the last few years
- There have been a few changes in management, and while the school has continued to run smoothly, behind the scenes it is always a game of "catch up"
- Since Administration is stretched thin, sometimes support of teachers in the classroom has also been lacking
