    Pros

There are some great teachers and great administrators to work with. Most of the kids are great too.

    Cons

Depending on the school, some administrators and teachers don't work together as well. Some schools get more favorably looked upon than others.

    Advice to Management

    Support your teachers and students.

I have been working at Bethel School District full-time

    Pros

The certified and classified staff are amazing to work with.

    Cons

Large class sizes, reduced support staff. Can not complete the expected job with the workload

    Advice to Management

Communication needs to be improved. Administrators are more concerned about themselves than their employees, at least act like you care.
