    Pros

Great people that take pride in training. CEO that goes the extra mile for it's employees. Good pay and unlimited growth. Everyday is something different.

    Cons

Hours can be long some days. Employees will be challenged and given some autonomy which allows some people to take foot of the gas, this can cause some turnover.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. People have a ton of respect for your company.

    Pros

You can have friends if you don't have any. It's good experience if you don't have work experience and are young. You can learn valuable skills regarding sales. Most of the people in management are very nice.

    Cons

You go to the office and wear suits and dress pants to make it look like it's important work. After the team meeting everybody leaves and changes into a century link polo at a fast food or gas station. They say that you will make $600 to $800 a week but you really don't. Every body who works there is really poor and drives beater cars except for the boss. Don't get tricked. It's all a show.

    Advice to Management

You have to be nice to people if you want your business to grow. Consider getting a different person in HR if you want to be successful. Be more professional on the field and off.

    Pros

It's a job. If you need a job this is a place you can apply to. You can make money

    Cons

It is door to door sales. Just wanted to get that out since they don't seem to want people to know. They withhold information so they can get you in the door, and then try to give you a sales pitch why they are a great place to work. If it was a great place to work they wouldn't need to sell you on it, while giving you as little info as possible.

    Advice to Management

Take some pride in what you do, and let people know upfront that they will start off by doing door to door sales for an estimated timeframe. Sure it has a stigma, but better to be honest than waste people's time.
Also, take a note from other business on Glassdoor and don't get so bitter about a review. Your angry rants are very telling of the work environment they can expect. On the other hand, keep being rude, so people know the work environment they can expect.

    Pros

The people are wonderful to work with. It's a very motivating and positive environment inside the office, and they really do make it feel like a family. The boss is also a very nice guy, and they work hard to make it fun. Good outside sales experience, if that's what you're into.

    Cons

In the office you must wear professional clothing and it makes you feel good, like you are doing important work. Then, you drive somewhere where your territory is and have you change into a polo at a gas station to knock on doors all day. They don't explicitly say anywhere in their job descriptions that you'll be working 6 days per week as a door-to-door sales person. I should have read the reviews before working here. DON'T GET TRICKED.

    Advice to Management

It wouldn't kill you to be a little more upfront about what your actual duties will be before hiring people, would it?

    Pros

Friendly; side eye. You dress business attire for office then, change at a local restroom stop into comfy clothes, so you can work door to door sales walking in unknown territories by yourself for long hours.

    Cons

Not a legitimate job. Be skeptical of Million dollar club stories and portrayals of lavish lifestyles made possible by participating in the company. These stories do not represent the experiences of most members. It is door to door sales with fake management titles. You work 6 days a week with undesirable hours a day, and it is 100% commission based, so DO NOT move out your parent's house if you believe you will make + $600/wk.

    Advice to Management

Your income is based mainly on the number of people you recruit at the company through ZipRecruiter it is a SCAM

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Better Business Consultants part-time

    Pros

Can't think of a pro for this company other than your title looks good on a resume

    Cons

    - Scam
    - Door to door
    - If you are a college grad, DON'T take this position, I promise you can do better

    Advice to Management

I love how whoever runs this account gets butt-hurt when they get a bad review. Maybe you should fix your business model so you wouldn't get so many bad reviews and high turnover. Such a scummy business. Don't reply to me giving your opinion either, because I could care less what you have to say. DON'T ACCEPT THIS JOB.

    Pros

Totally a fun place to work. The people are great! Everyone is friendly and management is accessable

    Cons

It's a pyramid scheme. You'll be in a pyramid scheme. No seriously, listen to me. It's door to door sales on 100% commission with no benefits or anything. They will tell you that you can make loads of money but you won't. It's 6 days a week, working 65 hours or more. And you can go days without making any money. Just find an actual job.

    Advice to Management

You guys are great, and great leaders. Your talents were wasted on a pyramid scheme.
