    Cons

    Not truth tellers. You are put into a market without one single franchise in 10 years. The two people who had the job before me did not preform and the one after is not as well.

    Pros

    Great brand, great people, this was overall a good place to work.

    Cons

    There was a bit of discrimination and gossip at the specific brokerage I worked at, and petty things that led to my leaving, and the owner essentially started listening to lies that were being fed to him, which ultimately led to my leaving and ruined the relationship I had with them.
