Great training to get you prepared for the reality of real estate. Tbeh don’t nickel and dime you for everything and host so many events to help you get in front of your people.
Cons
Real estate takes a lot of time on weekends and nights when people are out of work. In order to do well, there is a lot of work involved. Almost a 24/7 job to be successful.
