Pros
I love that I don't have to worry about scheduling, if I should charge for cancellations or not, finding new clients, etc. I love the exposure to a wide variety of clients and industries. I love that I don't have to spend time finding clients.
Cons
Some of the technology could be improved (ability to share screen with client for instance), some of the ability to get a wide variety of clients in all roles of an org seems to be diminishing.

The pay is very low for executive type coaching. I don't mind because of all of the clients (members) I get.
