I have been working at Bettis Laboratory full-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

Interesting projects to support the Navy, great vacation, great job security. No chance of getting laid off, good laboratory facilities, great history.

Poor Pay, No bonuses or raises (very little if any), lots of "government red tape" to deal with, too much safety and security makes it hard to get anything done.
