    Pros

This is the best team I have ever worked for. Everyone is smart, energetic and extremely motivated. We work as a team and everyone is always willing to answer questions or help with any problems. The company and team leadership is outstanding! The best part about working for BRNY is I actually wake up excited to go to work. You never stop growing, you never stop learning and more importantly there's a huge opportunity to be successful!

I have been working at Betts Recruiting full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I've worked at several best places to work in the Bay Area, and this one beats them all. BR is a small company, so there is room to grow if you want to stay at a company for a long time. Your coworkers and supportive and will help you through anything that you need. Management listens, and has even created training programs that weren't previously in place in response to employees.

    Cons

It's a sales job, so it has its ups and downs
If you're looking for a lot of hand-holding, this job is not for you
if you want a job where you can surf the internet all day, and want to fly under the radar, this job is not for you

    Advice to Management

Continue to hire good people who are smart and motivated

I have been working at Betts Recruiting full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Fun, young environment
    (some) friendly and cool colleagues
    Great location in the city
    Social events (happy hours)

    Cons

Long hours (Yes, nights and weekends are expected even when they say they aren't)
Little praise if you do a good job
Tracked on EVERY little metric possible
If you don't hit your metrics, fear of losing your job
Unprofessional management (yelling at employees about performance with others around)
Most everyone works on 100% commission (can be very stressful)
Many of us are looking for a way to get out...

    Advice to Management

Focus more on recognizing people for the right reasons. Chill out - everyone is working hard here.
