    Pros

Definitely a warm environment where people go out of their way to help you out and give you a hand with anything you need.

    Cons

Sometimes seems like people are in cliches and play favorites to their friends. Other than that I can't say anything is a con.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. Definitely a great experience and helpful for my future. I hope that this company continues to strive for success.

I have been working at Betts Recruiting full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I've been at Betts for over 1 year, and have learned more in 12 months here than anywhere else I've ever worked. (Which includes 2 years at a company out of college and about 8 months each at 2 other NYC-based companies.) "I'd like to try this position" is music to management's ears, and I've never been questioned or made to feel "too curious" for asking for training in different areas of the business than the one I was hired into. Plus, the culture can't be beat. I had heard a few people use the word "fratty" when describing the company prior to joining, but as someone who grew up far from anything remotely related to the word "preppy," I can assure anyone this has not been my experience. "Quirky" and "weird" are two words that come to mind first when thinking about my colleagues and the fun we have on a day-to-day basis. That, combined with the giant strides I've been able to make in my own sales career, is what motivates me and makes me want to stay here for another few years, at least!

    Cons

Based on the above, not a ton to write here. Not a "con" per say, but more as constructive feedback, I'd encourage the hiring of a few more senior management individuals. The average age of all the offices is probably 23-25, (which is fun & makes for the always-learning culture), but I think we'd benefit from some leadership who's spent part of their career at another agency to share a different perspective now and then.
