      Is going to be your fault that they don't do a proper process

      Pros

      Salaries are above average, but not much.

      Cons

      They will throw you to the client without any support from headquarters and expect you to ignore your contract and follow any of the client orders. Don't expect to be treated like a person but like a slave, like expecting to do extra time even on weekends (despite having said through all the process that I value my personal free time).

      Outsourcing company who wants to have a very intense relationship with the worker

      Pros

      They pay you promptly. They have a flexible retribution program once you have spent six months.

      Cons

      Another outsorcing company. They want to be like a big family or big gang of friends, and not everybody (me, for example) feels comfortable with it.
