I worked at Beyondsoft Group as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

I worked for a short time at Beyondsoft but it was a good experience. They keep always in contact with you to answer questions or just stay connected, other companies just forget about you. Elly were very easy to work with and always very helpful.

    Cons

They might work on having a better training program to be able to learn new tools required for your job.

I worked at Beyondsoft Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It was an opportunity to learn new skills and add depth to existing ones. Also a chance to meet like minded and different people,

    Cons

Communication barriers, seeming lack of strategic direction and process at times, I think this goes along with high growth periods in any company.

    Advice to Management
