    lucrative job, upper class facilities fo recreation, good education facilities in the campus

    Cons

    some BHEL campuses are situated in outskirts like that of jagdishpur.

    I have been working at Bharat Heavy Electricals full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    If u don't want to do much work and prepare for further study this is the best place as you will be getting Rs.50000pm. plus so many facilities and perks.

    Cons

    In my opinion, there are no cons.But If you are ambitious than this company is not for you.

    In my opinion, Management should start giving rewards and recognition for development work by individuals.By this way they can encourage talent and nurture it.

    Training is not up to the mark
    People are forced to stay at Sites.
    No good site facilities.

    Employee Should be put in that dept where he/she feels comfortable. Not based on requirement.
