    Pros

    It is give good hand on experience in entry level and improves our decision making capabilties .If your a multi tasking guy and really interested in engineering thing then it gives lot of satisfaction in terms the knowledge u gain and technologies u see that are working in plant.
    ->Only 8 hrs in a day to think of work and next no one ask you whats happening in plant.
    ->Good exposure to all basic engineerings subjects like Electrical/mechanical/Computers/Metallurgy/Civil /
    ->You can develop your Management skills .
    ->Well maintained and peacefull quarters .
    ->Decent salary

    Cons

    -> Not much in comparison to private sector production . Here life is quite better because of unstable steel sector

    1) Good Exposure.
    2) Can ask for good ranges of project.
    3) Nice City Location.

    Cons

    1) If interested in steel plants, then there should be none.

    Advice to Management

    Time by time evaluation of trainee's work should be done. Give them projects meeting interest of both tje trainee & company.

    Not adopting newer processes
    Office politics
    Government job mentality
    No youth
    Lack of good culture
    Uncomfortable field job
    Interns not given any practical work (maybe due to risky nature of job)
    Low future prospects

    To serve for the nation it is one of the best place where one can proove himself indespensible.

    Lot many things are there to do for Bhilai Steel Plant.It can not be explained in 20 words.

    Advice to Management

    Where is Iron ore ,What management is doing ,why it is do delayed for Rao-Ghat.Start making road from Rao-Ghat to Dalli -Rajahar immediately,and start float ore mining immediately ,prior to expiry of Dalli Rajhara.
