I have been working at Bhushan Steel Ltd. full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

You free to work without feeling of burden. Your boss or managers are helpful until and unless you failed in work. Work with your own R&D with the machines without any obligation.

    Cons

It's all about sudden pressure , and have to act accordingly to compile the work anyway.

    Advice to Management

Improve mid management working system and update the technology with the process. Try to apply the six sigma process and improve in the quality enhancement.

I worked at Bhushan Steel Ltd. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Not even a single one.

    Cons

1). They have recruited students as Management Trainees (MTs)from various government colleges and because of their worst management, 90% of them have left this company.

2). MTs have 3-5 years of working experience here at same positions (Jr. Mgr/Exe.) and same salaries (4.5-5L) whereas its peer companies are giving 7.5-8L to MTs. Management has never listened to MTs’ grievances.

3). Top policy/decision makers are extremely shameless/corrupt. That’s why company has gone bankrupt.

4). Most of the mid/top management is occupied by non deserving people (ITI/Deploma holder). They have also recruited their relatives. And genuine people like MTs/GETs are victims of harsh corporate-politics/harassed.

5). Because of non-fulfilment of promises that they made during campus recruitment many of MTs are depressed and frustrated.

    Advice to Management

1). Management has to be changed from top to the bottom (technical/ non-technical).

2). Just give chances to the MTs to manage then see the change. Fulfill your promises that you have made (salary wise + designation wise)

****3). This is for the Young people out there in the campuses, don’t join this company if you have other choices, its better to prepare for something else ( GRE/GMAT/GATE/CAT/Govt. Job). Your future can get spoiled as ours by just making mistake of joining this company.
