You free to work without feeling of burden. Your boss or managers are helpful until and unless you failed in work. Work with your own R&D with the machines without any obligation.

    Cons

It's all about sudden pressure , and have to act accordingly to compile the work anyway.

    Advice to Management

Improve mid management working system and update the technology with the process. Try to apply the six sigma process and improve in the quality enhancement.

I have been working at Bhushan Steel Ltd. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good for learning on your own..... best technology employed.... housing colony best in its class..

    Cons

Mostly ITI/Diploma holder are managers and Degree holders are working under them [just because of their personal problems (financial or family)].....now you can imagine the work culture here.... only favouritism .... sad thing is that not good for talanted people with good qualification.

    Advice to Management

Since TATA STEEL’s management has taken control in their hands, things are improving at very fast rate. I wish best of luck to them.

I just want TATA GROUP like ethical culture here as soon as possible. And people should be given responsibility according to their merits (specially qualification and work experience), not on the basis of “FAVOURITISM”.
