    Pros

    Full benefits, they treat you like family. It's an awesome place to work for and work with. Great corporation to be a part of.

    Cons

    It's retail so the schedule is not fun. That would be the biggest issue for me. Also wouldn't mind being paid a little more

    It would be nice for more money.

    Cons

    Assistant manager at my store was very unprofessional she was constantly talking about employees behind their backs to other employees. Felt like high school.

    Weed out the bad seeds.

    - Low hours
    - Little room for growth
    - No pay increases
    - Little incentive to work hard
    - Dress code is outdated and makes working uncomfortable in the environment we work in

    Find a better way to incentivise employees to work harder.

    Flexible hours and fun working teams, being able to get a month of time off as a part timer

    Cons

    Big 5 does not give commission so there is no initiative to sell. Also we are underpaid for the amount of work done.

    Teamwork makes the dream work

    Two ten minute breaks, fun co-workers and a chill backroom area to relax.

    Cons

    Strict and unforgiving boss, no commission or tips and overall too low pay for the effort put into the work.

    Organize the the store better with categories and give you r employees better incentives.
