    -laid back job environment
    -Good store to work at if you are familiar with sporting goods

    Cons

    -Not a lot of hours given, although for part time work it is pretty good
    -Pay is not all that great

    management was a little disorganized, sometimes had to work 7+ days in a row due to weekly scheduling

    Pros

    Flexible schedule, if you go to school major plus. Hours are decent, and work is really easy. Employee discounts are sometimes better than what customers get just have to learn how to use it.

    Cons

    Some mangers are hard to work with. Work becomes repetitive after awhile, don't want to get stuck there. It's a college job so don't expect much.
