I have been working at Big Brothers Big Sisters full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible work schedule. They work hard to keep employee retention up (appreciation days, holiday pay, etc). Work with adults, children and families/ parents. Clear explanation of what to do during your job. Semi-appropriate training.

    Cons

It can be a stressful job. There are lots of deadlines and you are expected to meet them. There is a percentage or quota which makes the end of the month extremely stressful.
