I worked at Big Cedar Lodge full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

You get 40% discount at bass pro shops. You get a $2 lunch

    Cons

HR Department doesn’t help employees seems they just avoid any complaints about management and department supervisors. If you get injured oh my oh my they will not help you with works comps to keep their insurance low cost after that they will make you quit by lowering your hours to 16 ore less. Many former employees have said HR Department had lied to the unemployment after they fired people stating they fired you because of some reason you don’t deserve to get unemployment benefits so that way they won’t get punished by paying more . That’s why they hired people from overseas ore with visas. Don’t eat at this place ever, many foreigners don’t use gloves either wash their hands, they have allot of food poisoning cases especially in the Lunch area called Dorothy’s dinner. To get to the place you work get ready to walk long distances. Security is a joke had my car hit a couple of times and they don’t have cameras in parking areas to avoid any insurance claims. People quit this place all the time .
