      Pros

Great life work balance, great benefits, fun work environment, great co-workers, promotions encouraged from within, competitive salaries, great product, awesome CEO.

      Cons

Parking, and nearby food options are just about the only thing I have issues with, and neither are really that bad. The lack of parking is offset by the public transportation options, and the food options are there, you just have to walk a bit.

      Pros

      - Super chill, laid-back work environment; easy to coast by - Good work/life balance - Great new location in downtown Seattle

      Cons

      - Clear favoritism; like some other reviewer had mentioned, it's not about what you know, it's about who you know - Lack of work ethic and skill by individuals who bank on flattery instead of actual work - Frat/sorority house mentality

A company where you work as much as you have fun!

      Pros

As long as you do your job, the company treats you very well and lets you all the flexibility you need. The management is inclined to give a chance to everybody, and as soon as your manager sees that you are competent enough to grow, you can get great job opportunities. The work environment is amazing, really "Seattle laid-back", they organize events from time to time and the location is perfect (in front of the Puget Sound). The work/life balance was really good. I would highly recommend this company.

      Cons

It's better to fit the "Big Fish mold" to be happy there. You can still express your ideas but you also need to follow some processes and company cultural guidelines. I guess your experience at Big Fish will depend a lot on your managers and your teams. I was lucky enough to have amazing ones, and that helped me to make my work interesting and enjoyable. Benefits are ok.

      Pros

Hiring practices at Big Fish ensure that the bulk majority of who you work with are interesting people from a variety of backgrounds. It's a very comfortable, informal work environment.

      Cons

It's just large enough where migrating within the company can be difficult depending on your role.

      Pros

Fun work environment and plenty of upward mobility. Lots of perks with parties and events in a fun company.

      Cons

Pay scale in Customer Support is low and it's easy to be scrutinized by management for minor issued with problematic customers. Work can become quire redundant.

      Pros

Awesome management and an excellent combination of maintaining a professional yet laid back and friendly work environment, particularly for a company in the video game industry where such qualities can be hard to come by. Also, a fantastic location in Seattle and a great facility.

      Cons

None, this is as good as it gets for software testers in the gaming industry.

Great work environment, not-so-great manger level

      Pros

Great work environment. Lots of fun event and food around that seem they tries to make the employees keep happy.

      Cons

Translators and Language editors' hourly payment seems lower than other tech companies around Seattle. Translators $17- $21.40 per hour for Level II. Language Editor $17.00 -$20.80 for Level II. Manager level people don't have much enough skill and mind to manage their team. Some are great, the others are so bad. Once you have to work under the bad type of manager, that's the trigger you decide to leave the company.
