Pros
Smart people, patents in the field.
Cons
Company does not who it is - started as classification, then data privacy, then data governance, and now is cloud data security. GTM and strategy is constantly changing. All sales are done through resellers, taking anywhere from 5-20% cut per deal which comes out of the sales reps pocket. Several rounds of layoffs seemingly out of nowhere, after leadership says we are in a good cash position. Boys club with nepotism towards others who have worked with senior/sales leadership in the past. Product is extremely "heavy" and impossible to implement. Majority of customers are struggling to implemented or in production after 1-2 years of owning the product.

Pros
There are lots of initiatives from HR to help employees during the current situation in Israel. Offering counseling and paid childcare to employees working from home.
Cons
The product is very broad. Most people work on a small area of the product. Sometimes communication across teams needs improvement.

Pros
Big Platform that can help many professionals in the Data Security, Governance, and Privacy pillars. Great ML classifiers and true automation of processes.
Cons
Regular layoffs. Not guaranteed job stability, high risk, and reward. Post-startup mode, no defined success criteria for the employees.

Pros
The company is all about people, they bring the best people to work together, and they place a high priority on employee relations in all aspects of the business. The senior leadership of the company is approachable. For those who wish to grow, there are many opportunities available.

Pros
Great engineers and nice coworkers.
Cons
Questionable management decisions along with market conditions leading to layoffs in engineering. All the while, hiring for the sales team is continuing. Not sure how engineering will keep up with future customer requests/requirements.
