    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

-Good place to learn and meet smart folks
    -Workers are good people

    Cons

-Sr. mgmt doesn't care about anything save selling company for good multiple
-Talk about great customer service but doesn't give employees pay or resources to really deliver, just increases demands
-Runs the company around most dysfunctional department, professional services
-No career opportunities to get into Sr. Mgmt unless you are from outside the company
-Most experienced people that built company have left, so lack of deep talent at organization
    -Poor pay and benefits
-Vista PE cult of money, be part of it or just leave
-Ideas and reality are not welcomed here unless they support CEO agenda

    Advice to Management

A belief that great processes are a replacement for trust, respect, and dignity at work is foolish. Turnover is high and will continue to be because wage differentials are 100%.

    Pros

Great people to work with - a lot of fun
Great snack choices in the break room
    Free food every Friday
    Great atmosphere and location

    Cons

Low pay, even after aggressively asking for compensation increases
Company seems to be led by sales/marketing; the product is secondary
PS left to fill the gap between what sales promises and dev delivers
Little sense of accomplishment; partly due to little to no sense of learning, partly due to the flimsy product

    Advice to Management

David seems to be heading in the right direction, but we're a long ways off. We need a product that is scalable and that works. We need to deliver something we can be proud of. I feel like I'm doing a good job in spite of BMI and the product, not because of it.
