    The work can become routine, a large part of the job is managing a CRM database. The management offsets this with cool projects.

    From day one, even at my interview, the entire BigSpeak team was supportive of my post-grad professional goals and was invested throughout my internship to help me develop the skills to achieve those goals. My managers were always willing to teach me something new, allowed me to sit-in on meetings, and even connected me with to people in their networks to help me pursue my post-grad career in PR.     Cons

    The only con I could think of is that some of the day-to-day tasks I was responsible for became routine, however, my managers allowed me to start projects on my own and always welcomed ideas.

    Advice to Management

    While I did meet with my managers throughout my internship, I think it would help future interns to schedule regular check-in's to discuss work, career advice, and proactive project ideas.
