There are good employees, who are willing to buy into the process. If they had true leadership.

With the change of the North America CEO, the organization is a sinking ship. They are going to the lean concept. Which is resulting in several oversights in the day to day business. Safety is a non value nor a priority.

You name it. Corporate employees are paid ridiculously low wages. No structure and all over the place. Upper management, including execs, have change rime after time in less than 3 years. The entire place is complete chaos. Avoid at all cost

Regular Raises The people I worked with were all friendly. Mostly a technology forward thinking company.

They do not seem to care for employee retention. No good benefits at this level. Low Morale

In most cases a lot of the people you work with will be solid and reliable. There is an open mindedness to the company at a size where you can be heard.

There doesn't seem to be much in the way of growth opportunities. Difficult if you're just starting out but there can be a lot of movement and negotiation in the coming years

We have work coming in. Decent pay. But no real room for advancement.

Pay for the hands could be better. Cheap labor isn't skilled, skilled labor isn't cheap. Engineering sucks but that could be client driven too.
