      "Leadership Position"

      StarStarStarStarStar
        Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

        I worked at Bilinguals

        Pros

Team members from IT, billing, office support, recruiting, etc. were great to work with and worked very hard, sometimes under very difficult conditions either in the corporate office or in the field. Many great clinicians and educators on the team. Founders are high-quality individuals with excellent experience and interpersonal skills.

        Cons

Personal issues or "dislike" cited often as a reason why another member of the team has fallen out of favor by the Senior Executive (not the founders) and is stated openly. Standard HR principles with regards to communication, nepotism, and performance management are not followed or of any importance based on high turnover rates both voluntary and involuntary.

        Advice to Management

Find a leader who is qualified for the right reasons and someone with actual real-world experience who also understands basic communication. Petty comments, insults, and poor decision-making skills will continue to hold the company back by making it a below average workplace in an industry where potential team members have a lot of options.

I have been working at Bilinguals full-time (Less than a year)

        Pros

Rewarding work for children Welcoming Office

        Cons

Unclear Policies Terrible Upper Management Low Compensation for the amount of work required Multiple names create confusion for clients and employees Growing too fast. Unresponsive HR department

        Advice to Management

Stick with one name rather than Axiom Link, Achieve Beyond, Bilinguals Inc. It causes clients/ potential employees confusion when they are unable to research the company due to it operating under several different names.
