    Pros

    - They promote from within.
    - Great coaching at every level.
    - Positive attitude from the top down.
    - Great product.

    Cons

As with any gig in retail, your availability has to be open at pretty much all times. That said, upper management is pretty understanding when time off is needed. If you take care of them, they will take care of you.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work with building a positive experience for customers and workers alike. Keep changing with the times and you'll be just fine.

    Pros

Fun coworkers, store right on the water at Waikiki Beach. Good discount on clothes, 40% off all merchandise. Opportunity for growth.

    Cons

Long hours with not very good pay. Very strict rules. Commission based without actually making commission. Would actually get a black dot to shame you if you didn't sell enough. If you sold alot you would only get 20 extra on your paycheck. Oh and a gold star!

    Advice to Management

Give commission to help motivate sales associates. Hire general managers from the area. We had one come from the mainland and did not fit in with the Hawaii vibe.

    Pros

very relaxed environment where you can engage customers in a professional yet personal manner. You always meet new people that come through the doors.

    Cons

Young employees can make the workplace be less professional. Hours of operation are up to the mall management and will be extensive, specially during holiday season. Very little overtime was approved

    Advice to Management

Continue the promote from within culture.

    Pros

Good Discounts, The Teams before the New Management were like family.

    Cons

There is no recognition for hard work. The Exec Team is always trying to out smart each other to please the board. They will go bankrupt with the current strategy.

    Advice to Management

You just brought in a new layer of manager called directors who have no idea of the company or its values. I had to leave for growth somewhere else.
