Pros
Legit open door policy, management is very accessible through the c-suite Promotions are made from within, and if you fit the core values you'll find the right "seat" Easily the best health plan I've ever had Office snacks and drinks are legit (cliche, but also true)
Cons
Lacking diversity. This is a key focus, but also a clear issue Hiring for some positions takes a while. We all understand the importance of finding the right person, but workloads can pile up in the meantime

Pros
While I have only been with Billd for a short time my experience so far has been incredible. Billd has a great environment that keeps you excited to come to the office each day. The company places a huge emphasis on development of their employees and ensuring they are feeling motivated and successful in their role. Would definitely recommend Billd for those who are passionate about making a difference and impact to operations.
Cons
Only one day a week WFH. However, I have never had an issue if I needed to take care of something personally. Leadership is very understanding of work/life balance.

Pros
Excellent training with the opportunity to learn from leaders across the organization, resulting in great exposure early-on. Very impressed that all new team members were included in training; our class included our newly hired COO, director of marketing, and sales team members. Everyone I've worked with is invested in the company culture and that's evident when working with other departments. This is a fast-paced environment but everyone is willing to take time to discuss important issues that may arise, and make an informed decision. Coming from a prior start-up experience, I appreciate Billd's professionalism and commitment to education over quick decisions that could jeopardize the company.
Cons
Nothing significant at this time; this is a dynamic environment that requires everyone to wear different hats and embrace change. Not for everyone, but if you enjoy and expect these qualities it's a great fit.
