I have been working at Biltmore Technologies full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Company Culture, Pharmaceutical Subject Matter Expertise

    Cons

I do not have any cons to this point.

    Pros

Although most interaction is with the client, if I need anything, Biltmore has always supported me. Their benefits are better than all other companies I have worked in the past. The pay is great, but the pay really comes from the client.

    Cons

Switch health insurance companies annually to keep cost down. Every year I had to complete new health insurance enrollment forms. Co-pay kept going up HOWEVER Biltmore would reimburse you the difference almost quarterly after filling out reimbursement forms.

    Advice to Management

Don't be afraid to fight to keep your employees/contracts.

I worked at Biltmore Technologies full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pays vacation and holiday time for contractors, works hard to understand their employees' needs

    Cons

health benefits aren't great (small company), sometimes bullied by company where contractors are placed
